Teaching and Academic Librarianship Awards Committee
Seeks
New Member
The OCUFA Teaching and Academic Librarianship Awards Committee, a
standing committee of the Board of Directors, seeks a member to fill a
vacancy as of July 1, 2004.
The committee solicits and receives nominations for the OCUFA Teaching
and Academic Librarianship Awards Program; it reviews all submissions and
recommends those deemed worthy of recognition by an award.
The committee consists of five members, including a librarian, drawn
from the membership of OCUFA’s Members, plus one person nominated by a
province of Ontario federation of students.
The term of office is two years, from July 1 to June 30 in any
consecutive two-year period. A member of the committee may serve up to two
consecutive terms of office. (The term of office for the student nominee
is one year.)
