20 Feb 06 - YUFA has notified the Employer that we wish to establish the joint committee outlined in Article 14.01 (e) of the YUFA Collective Agreement.  The mandate of this committee is to look at all aspects of the pension plan and retirement provisions including the minimum guarantee, credit for years of service and portability.  

If you are interested in participating as a YUFA representative on this committee, please provide a brief statement to the YUFA Executive at yufa@yorku.ca outlining your interest and experience in these areas by March 3, 2006.
