Collective Agreement speaks variously to issues related to equity:
“harassment”, “non-discrimination”, and “affirmative action” for
Aboriginal peoples, women, visible / racialized minorities, persons with
disabilities, lesbians, gays and transgendered peoples. But equity
itself is complex and difficult to understand.
