31 Oct 07 - A Joint YUFA / Employer Task Force on Inclusivity and Diversity has been established as a subcommittee of the Joint Committee on the Administration of the Agreement (JCOAA) as per Article 7.10 of the Collective Agreement.

The mandate of this Task Force is to oversee a University-wide diversity audit of YUFA members and, on the basis of the results, may make recommendations regarding unit Affirmative Action Plans to address identified concerns.

YUFA members on the Task Force would appreciate receiving members’ input on what diversity issues, questions and/or concerns you would like to see addressed in this audit.
