Recognition
Whereas the Association has been certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board and The Ontario Labour Relations Act requires that a recognition clause in accordance with the certification be contained herein, the Employer recognizes the York University Faculty Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of the members of the bargaining unit as defined and to the extent required by the Certificate of the O.L.R.B., dated 18 October 1977, as amended by the parties in Appendix A.
