Recent Changes to the 2003-2006 Benefits Booklet
22 Jun 04 - Two recent changes to the 2003 - 2006 Benefits Booklet are worth noting:
- Referral notes from physicians are no longer required in order to access the services of many non-medical practitioners (page 11 of the online Benefits Booklet), and
- The vision care family coverage premium has gone down to $8.74 per month (page 7 of the online Benefits Booklet).
While the bound Booklet is not being reprinted to reflect these changes, the online version has been updated.
