The Executive accepts the will of the YUFA Annual General Meeting held April 6, 2011, not to engage in negotiation of a new teaching stream category until collective bargaining of a renewal contract; and

Whereas the framework for workload reduction under Appendix R has not been approved by both parties prior to the extended deadline of March 31, 2011, a further across-the-board base wage increase funded by the $1.5 million dollars set aside to support the implementation of the workload reduction framework will be added to the base salary of all bargaining unit members, effective 1 May 2011, as provided for in Appendix R of the Collective Agreement.
