Dear YUFA Members,

Recently CUPE 3903 has informed the York Community that they are initiating a Work-to-Rule campaign because of a dispute between CUPE 3903 and our Employer regarding remuneration for FES GAships.  While YUFA urges the parties to meet expeditiously to resolve this matter and we support any legitimate efforts of CUPE 3903 to uphold their collective agreement, YUFA wishes to remind our members that we are contractually obligated to fulfill our professional responsibilities.
