Two positions  - Vice President Internal and Equity Officer - remain vacant.

Current Vice Chair Organisation and Acting Chair Susan Dimock (Arts Philosophy) is now YUFA's President-elect.

"One of my highest priorities for the next two years as President will be to work at improving labour relations between YUFA and the Employer," she said. Her other priorities will be issues arising from workload increases, technological change, and faculty recruitment and retention.

Nick Lary (Arts Humanities) will be Vice President External, responsible for liaising with campus unions, student organisations, OCUFA, CAUT, the National Union, the CLC, & other labour & education groups. Nick has served YUFA in many capacities over the years, including Information Officer and member of the Contract & Grievance Committee.

Ellie and John will help define the role of the Chief Stewards, expanded in YUFA's recent constitutional reform. In addition to handling complaints & grievances and advising members, they will be responsible for getting the new Stewards' Council off the ground. In their contractual enforcement role, the Chief Stewards will be assisted by a Grievance Committee.

YUFA's Communications Officer will be Robert MacDermid (Arts Political Science). Bob is a veteran of several YUFA-Employer joint committees.

Perry Sadorsky, an economist in the Schulich School, will continue on as Treasurer for a second term.
