General Election 2001: Results & Vacancies
The YUFA General Elections for 2001 are now over. Provided below is a complete list of those positions which have been filled and those which remain vacant. For constitutional purposes, this Newssheet will also serve the relevant constituencies with Notice of Vacancies where such vacancies are specified below. Nominations for these vacancies will be accepted until further notice. In the event of nomination(s), notice will be sent to all members. Nominations will remain open for two weeks during which time additional nominations may be put forward.
A by-election for the position will then be conducted. Single candidates for the position will be acclaimed upon the closing of nominations. Terms of office are June 2001 - May 2002.
