YUFA Officers 2010-2012 Electronic Voting Information
1 Dec 09 - As a result of the motion passed to approve electronic voting at the YUFA Annual General Meeting, 17 November 2009, the upcoming YUFA 2010-2012 Officers election / ratification will be conducted electronically. The election / ratification will be conducted by www.evote.ca, a third party online voting organisation.
Members standing for Officer positions must submit written statements no later than noon 4 December. Written statements will be provided electronically with the ballots. The voting period is expected to run from 7 December to 21 December 2009.
At the opening of the election / ratification period, members will receive an email message from @live.everyonecounts.com that will include voting instructions, a personal PIN and password, and contact information for assistance.
